Maybe you can try these steps:
1. If you can remove your app, remove it first (hold any icon on homescreen > you can see 'x' icon on every app immediately > tap 'x' icon to remove it)
2. SIgn out your App Store account
3. Turn off and the turn on your phone again or you can try restart your phone (hold power+home button for 5-10 seconds > release them until you see the Apple logo)
4. Sign in back you App Store account

If you're still getting this problem you can reset your iPhone:
1. Go to Settings > General > Reset
2. Tap Reset All Settings
